Project work
One team for the whole equipment lifecycle.
Most providers cover one stage. We take a project from the first inventory to the last disposal record, so you deal with one contact and one set of documents.
Deployments
Laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals prepared and delivered to offices, classrooms, and remote sites.
Relocations
Office and IT closet moves. Equipment is packed, transported, and set up at the new location.
Decommissions
Retired equipment removed from racks, rooms, and floors, counted and tagged as it leaves.
IT asset management
Serial-level inventory and asset tagging, with records you can check against your own.
Reverse logistics and disposition
Collection of returned gear, data sanitization, and documented disposal or resale.

Questions
Before you send a request.
Can we ship equipment to you before a project starts?
Yes. That is the storage and fulfillment service. Schedule the inbound shipment with us, and we receive and record everything on arrival.
What do you record when equipment arrives?
Make, model, serial number, asset tag, and condition for every unit, tied to your program or site. That record follows the equipment through storage, deployment, return, and disposal.
Do you work with government agencies and prime contractors?
Yes. Tell us the contract vehicle, security requirements, and reporting you need when you send your request so we can scope the work against them.
Can you handle returns from remote staff?
Yes. Returned equipment comes back into the same tracked process, so a laptop from a departing employee is logged the same way as new stock.
What happens to equipment at the end of its life?
We sanitize data, then reassign, resell, or dispose of it, and give you a record for each unit.
Do you supply staff without running the project?
Yes. Staffing can be a stand-alone engagement, or it can come with a project we run for you.
